In the process of creating a new htpasswd IDP, and I click on the "refresh password suggestion" icon, the entire page reloads.

This causes ALL of the data including any entered users to disappear. This is observed in both staging and production.

How to reproduce:

Create an AWS OSD, ROSA class, or ROSA HCP cluster
Go to the cluster details
Click on the Access control tab
Click on Identity providers (vertical tab)
From the "Add identity provider" drop down, select htpasswd
On the "Add an HTPasswd identity provider" page, click on the password box
On the "use suggested password" helper, click on the refresh button
The page reloads and should not - a new suggested password should be shown to the user instead.
