Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch OCMUI environment
2. Create a ready OSD, and ROSA cluster, and wait for it to be Ready.
3. Navigate to the access control tab and click on the htpasswd from the dropdown.
4. The user is on the Add identity provider htpasswd details screen.
5. Enter empty usernames( by hitting multiple spaces ) in the usernames field ( note: the number of spaces for each username field must be unique).
6. Click on the default password suggested in the password field and create 7-8 usernames

Expected Result

At the bottom of the screen, the system should prevent the details from being saved successfully because the username field is not valid.

Actual Result

The details were saved successfully, and under the section for htpasswd users, the blank list with two more at the bottom appears.

This creates a not-so-good user experience.
