Description

This bug was identified during the pre-merge testing for OCMUI-2870. When the user successfully adds the identity provider type and clicks on save, instead of being redirected to the Identity Provider tab,  the user is redirected to the Overview page briefly and then taken back to the Add Identity Providers tab. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a ready OSD/ ROSA cluster
2. Navigate to the identity providers tab.
3. Click on Add Identity provider from the dropdown.
4. Create any type, such as an LDAP, GIthub, or any desired choice.
5. Once the user clicks on the Save button, notice the behavior.

Expected Result 

       The user should be redirected to the Identity Providers tab.

Actual Result

       The user is being redirected to the Overview tab and then to the Identity Providers tab.
