When a user tries to create a new LDAP Identity Provider via the Openshift Hybrid Cloud Console he receives the error, (as seen here [1])

'bind_password' can be defined only when 'bind_dn' is defined

As we can see on the attached image [1], both bind_password and bind_dn values are defined

This issue is present for a ROSA cluster, when the customer creates the LDAP IdP using the `rosa` CLI tool

rosa create idp -c <clusterID>

 and using the exact same parameters, the LDAP IdP is created successfully.
