To Do
The ROSA provisioning wizard alone is not the right place to manage org-wide ocm-role and user-role status, flags and org-admin privileges.
As such we need a UI to offer up these capabilities for org admins and non-org-admins to have observability or manageability of org-admin STS concerns.
This interface is meant to help customers answer these questions:
- who is the org admin that can link/unlink the ocm-role?
- which ocm|user roles does the org have?
- can I set the user-roles-enable flag from the OCM UI?
