      As a QE

      I want FedRAMP Rosa test to completely run

      So I can be confident that the ROSA Classic UI in FedRAMP is working

       

      Current Situation:

      • Env Variables load into tekton pipeline but seemingly can't be read by script
      • need to just select a VPC to continue fedramp test
      • Modify RosaClusterCreationFedRamp.js to just select first available VPC in fedramp?
