The cluster details page is reporting wrong machine pool status.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a ready HCP cluster
2. Configure 2 machine pools with autoscaling enabled, set the min replicas to 2 and max replicas to 4 on both.
3. Go to overview page, check status section on the right.

Actual results:
UI reports: Machine pools: Pending 0 / 2

Expected results:
UI should report the machine pools are in ready state (Ready 2 / 2)
