Description of problem:

User unable to proceed to next step("Next" button seems not working) from networking step in ROSA wizard when user added new set of node labels and deleted in previous step i.e machine pool step.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Open ROSA Classic cluster /OSD wizard.
3. Fill all required fields and reach to machine pool step.
4. Fill the node label key and value field.
5. Click "Add additional label".
6. Fill the node label key and value to the new fields.
7. Remove newly added key and value field by clicking icon.
8. Click "Next" button.
9. Click "Next" button from the networking step.
10. See the behavior.

Actual results:
At step 9, User unable to proceed to next steps from networking step when user was removed newly added label set at Step 7. This is wrong behavior.

Expected results:
At step 9, User should be allowed to proceed to next steps irrespective of previous action.
