      Description of problem:

User has performed multiple click actions on the "Revert all to defaults" button then followed on "Save" button, the "Close" button doesn't display at all from the "Edit cluster autoscaling settings" model invoked in the machine pool tab. It looks like wrong behavior.
The expectation is that there should be a "Close" button in the dialog once the user saves the changed definition.

      How reproducible:

       Always

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Launch OCM UI staging.
      2. Open a a cluster (ex: OSD  cluster)
      3. Go to Machine pool tab  , click "Edit Cluster autoscaling settings" button.
      4. Click "Revert all to defaults" button.
      5. Click "Save" button.
      6. See the behavior.
      7. Click "Revert all to defaults" button.
      8. Click "Save" button
      9. See the behavior.

      Actual results:

At step 6, there is a close button to close the dialog for the user.
At step 8, there is no close button shown and it is only the save button displayed in the model. It is wrong.
      Expected results:

At step 8, there should be only close button that allow user to close the dialog.
