The release process to FedRamp involves checking for a specific commercial version and then pushing that hash to the correct file in the proper repo for the proper environment.  I propose a script can check the latest release values for commercial and then update the proper yaml file automatically.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Run script that list latest commercial releases with hashes
• Script then shows what version fedRamp is at for each of the 3 environments: int, stage, and prod
• Script then allows user to select what environment to update
• A new hash is added to the proper stanza in the yaml file so a user can then submit it.  Perhaps enven that can be automated.
