When obtaining an OCM offline token from the FedRAMP OCM UI [here|https://console.openshiftusgov.com/openshift/token,] the `ocm login` command does not work as written because it requires the following arguments:

--url https://api.openshiftusgov.com \
--token-url https://sso.openshiftusgov.com/realms/redhat-external/protocol/openid-connect/token \
--client-id console-dot 

these should be added to the console to improve user experience, especially since these bad boys aren't documented anywhere.
