Description of the Problem

In a ROSA cluster, the access request pagination is not correct. The total is shown as "0" and the user is not able to move to another page of results

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging
2. Open a ready ROSA HCP cluster.
3. Go to "Access requests" tab.
4. Create at least 11 access requests for the cluster.
5. Refresh the page to ensure you get the updated information
6. Observe the pagination totals

Actual results:

The total is shown as "0" and the user is not able to move to additional pages.

Expected results:

The pagination should show the correct number of total requests. Secondly, if there is more than 1 page of results, the user should be able to move to additional pages
