wrap up the refactoring by:

• removing gen-openapi-typescript.js
• removing openapi-typescript-codegen dependency
• removing manual patches section from Readme
• consider to replace make openapi command by a bash script or similar -> cluster_management has special needs and I would keep make openapi approach
• remove openapi/*.json files
• adapt jenkins job. To ask emalka-ocm for details when the time for this arrives
