The "Persistent storage" dropdown from Actions > Edit load balancers and persistent storage does not sort the result from the backend API /api/clusters_mgmt/v1/storage_quota_values. This leads to a very confusing and difficult to use drop down

This was not previously an issue, as we had been previously lucky in the API data returned just happened to be ordered already. But after the addition of more storage_quota_values following OSD-27576, we now have a very confusing UI
