      Description of the issue
The rosa getstarted page checks were keep failing on the token loading step and create the test case flaky during the CI execution. This is due to the reason that the test case keep loading a new token every time when the page refreshed and over certain period of time, the token limit has reached and failed. It would be good to avoid this check from test case to run the remaining definition smoother for now.
