[Data sovereignty] Clusters resumed from hibernation are stuck in uninstallation state for a long time when being deleted

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create an OSD (CCS or non-CCS) cluster and wait for it to be ready.
      2. From the actions menu, click on the button Hibernate cluster.
      3. Once the cluster is in Hibernation mode, click on Resume from Hibernation.
      4. Proceed toward deletion.

      Expected Result:

      The cluster should proceed toward uninstallation and the uninstallation logs should appear

       

      Actual Result:
      The cluster is stuck in a limited support state and even after deletion it is stuck in the uninstallation phase for a long time.
