since cypress needs secrets and pull_request_target github event is the one to use, it has a counterpart, which is, workflows can't be testes from a new PR without changing the type of event. It can generate confusions and troubles. In order to minimize side effects, I recommend to split e2e related jobs into a different workflow file and then use "pull_request" github event type for the rest of the actions
