Steps to Reproduce
1) Launch staging environment.
2) Create an OSD cluster in three different flavors i.e RedHat cloud account, Red HAt custom cloud subscription, GCP marketplace cluster.
3) Install all these clusters using the default settings.
4) Once the cluster is in Ready status, try to assign some custom add-on quota such as "AddOnISVManagedStarburst" using the CLI.
5) Navigate to the OCMUI and then click on the refresh button.
6) Notice the behavior.
Expected Result
The custom add-on that was assigned using the quota should be displayed under the Add-ons tab.
Actual Result
The custom add-on that was assigned using the quota is not displayed under the Add-ons tab even after clicking the refresh button multiple times.
Note:
The custom-add was shown immediately in one of the clusters, but on the other two clusters there was a delay of 5 minutes to show the installed add-on.
