      Steps to Reproduce
      1) Launch staging environment.

      2) Create an OSD cluster with the subscription type On-demand Google Cloud Marketplace OSD cluster and the infrastructure type Customer cloud subscription.

      3) Install a GCP marketplace cluster using the default settings.

      4) Once the cluster is in Ready status, try to assign some custom add-on quota such as "AddOnISVManagedStarburst".

Lakshmi Shivanthi  "I use myquota tool to assign/ remove quotas.  Please follow the steps in this repo for the setup and these are the list of SKUs from where we can install the custom add-ons. I can help you further if you encounter any issues"

      5) Once the add-on is shown under the Add-ons tab, using the CLI remove the quota.

      Expected Result

The custom add-on that is shown should not be displayed under the Addons tab

      Actual Result
Even after the quota is removed the add-on continues to be shown on the OCM UI
