How to test:

A.

1. Go to ROSA classic wizard.
2. Select version lower then 4.14.14.
3. In machine pool step, enable autoscaling and open cluster autoscaler settings.
4. Check max-nodes-total field. It should have a default value of the sum of 180 + master nodes (3) + infra nodes (2 or 3 depending on single/multi AZ).
5. Check the same for version higher then 4.14.14. It should be 249 + master nodes + infra nodes

B. Test the same in OSD CCS wizard
