In the process of making the multiRegion version of the code the older code was archived in the `src/components/clusters/ClusterDetailsRedirector_archived_do_not_use` directory.  This code should no longer be in use.

The purpose of this task is to remove this archived code from the code base.

Success criteria:

• Above directory is deleted
• App builds without error (yarn build)
• Unit tests run without error (yarn test)
• Linting runs without error (yarn lint)
