As part of OCMUI-2601 when the multiRegion versions of clusters/common was integrated with the current cluster/common code the old code was archived.

The purpose of this task is to remove the src/components/clusters/common/archived_do_not_use directory from the code base.

Success criteria:

• Above directory is deleted
• App builds without error (yarn build)
• Unit tests run without error (yarn test)
• Linting runs without error (yarn lint)
