After a cold start, when opening the cluster list page, wrong clusters statuses can be seen briefly before the proper statuses are shown.

This is more visible if the internet connection is slower as the wait between initial and correct statuses can get to about one second.

See recording for an example. Check the "lior-rosa-limited-support-flag" cluster, briefly displayed as "Ready" and then as "Resuming"

If the status information is not yet available we should show a skeleton in place of the wrong status label.

Also, some clusters are displayed as "Unnamed cluster" briefly before the actual name is retrieved. A skeleton placeholder should be used instead. See second recording, first cluster in the list: Screenshare - 2024-11-22 11_25_30 AM.mp4
