Description of the Problem

The newly organized control plane cards didn't highlight the default selection when user moved to control plane step in ROSA wizard. The default control plane selection should be "Hosted" as per the wizard requirement. Unfortunately the same indication is missing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Launch ROSA wizard.
3. Go to control plane step.
4. See the control plane cards and default selection indications.

Actual results:

The default control plane selection wasn't highlighted from wizard.

Expected results:

The default control plane selection i.e. hosted card should be highlighted to the user and indicate that it is default choice.
