Description of the Problem

The newly organized control plane cards are misplaced or irregularly fit  on mobile browsers or similar dimensions. This needs to be corrected.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging in your mobile browser ( you could simulate the same via browser developers tool and set as per different mobile types etc) 
2. Launch ROSA wizard.
3. Go to control plane step.
4. See the control plane card alignments.

Actual results:

The control plane cards are misplaced or irregularly fit  on mobile browsers or similar dimensions.

Expected results:

The control plane cards should be placed and aligned properly  even in mobile browsers.
