Acceptance Criteria

1. Remove the code that uses the feature flag: "ocmui-gcp-private-service-connect" start in file `src/queries/featureGates/featureConstants.ts` to find it's capital letter flag constant.
2. Do a global search in our repo. and find all the places f.f. const is used and remove the code/flag...carefully
3. Remove any unit tests testing the f.f.
4. Remove any Cypress or Playwright e2e tests which test the f.f.
5. After merge and promoted and dtaylor@redhat.com to archive the f.f. from from the unleashed portal.
