Description of the Problem

User has tried to delete the cluster using the option cluster details > action> Delete cluster. Once user confirmed with delete action i,e click action on the delete button from the delete dialog, the cluster details or overview page didn't refresh immediately. This is causing confusion for the user that if the delete action invoked successfully . Additionally user still allowed to "enable delete protection"  option as the page still not refreshed as seen attached recording below.

Suggestion is to refresh the page immediately after delete action.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging using https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/?multiregion=true 
2. Go to cluster list.
3. Open a ready cluster.
4. Click Action menu from the right top corner.
5. Click "Delete cluster" option.
6. Enter the cluster name and click "Delete" button.
7. See the behavior.{}{}

Actual results:

At step 7, the cluster overview page still not refreshed and loaded with the latest definition. The page wrongly stayed at overview page and doesn't give a clue if the delete action is successful.

Expected results:

At step 7, The cluster overview page should be reloaded or refreshed and should indicate the uninstallation process.
