Description of the Problem

Currently the tool tip text in wizard's VPC setting section when shared VPC with PSC enabled shown as below.

"Private Service Connect subnet" text needs to change to "Private Service Connect subnet name" to align with other similar references.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. launch OSD CCS wizard flow with GCP provider"( with auth type as service account)
3. Reach to cluster privacy step.
4. Select privacy as private.
5. Click next button and reach to "VPC settings" step.
6. Click "Install into GCP Shared VPC" checkbox.
7. See the tool tip text.

Expected results

1. "Private Service Connect subnet" text needs to change to "Private Service Connect subnet name" to align with other similar references.
2. Size of the tool tip text area could be extended to cover definitions in single line.
