Edit AutoRepair value for existing or new node pools on an existing HCP cluster

      When editing a node pool or creating a new node pool for an existing HCP cluster, the user can edit the autoRepair value.

      When creating  new node pool, the autoRepair value will default to true (checked)

       

      Note that this value should be available in the node pool API.
