OSD and ROSA classic now supports scaling to max 249 nodes (the prev max was 180). UI should align to this value both on day 1 (OSD wizard, rosa classic wizard - when configuring the default machine pool) and day 2 (Machine pools tab -> Add / Edit machine pool dialog).

UI should be updated with the max value in the nodes count dropdown field (text input fields in case of autoscaling enabled).
