Description of the Problem
User tried to create a private cluster with BYO-VPC without PSC enabled. In "Review and create" page , the custom VPC definitions were not aligned properly and indicated wrongly.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open OCM UI staging.
- launch OSD CCS wizard flow with GCP provider"( with auth type as service account)
- Reach to cluster privacy step.
- Select privacy as privat.
- Select the "install into existing VPC" option and deselect "Use private service connect" option.
- Click "Next" and fill VPC definitions.
- Proceed to next steps and reach to "Review and create" step.
- See the VPC definitions under "Networking" section.
Actual results:
At step 8, The VPC definitions are not aligned properly( ex: existing VPC name ,control plane and compute subnets values were wrong) and the user selected definitions were mixed and shown wrongly in the page.
Expected results:
At step 8, The VPC definitions should be aligned properly based on the users selection and shown the definition correctly in appropriate sections.
