      Description of the Problem

The "Select VPC" dropdown definition kept opened from machine pool step when user revisit the step in wizard. This is wrong behavior and suspecting recent changes in fuzzy select definition causing this behavior.

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Open  ROSA wizard and select control type "Hosted".
      3. Proceed to next steps with all required definition.
      4. Reach to "Machine pool" step.
      5. Click "Select VPC" and  filter and select a VPC after fuzzy search.
      6. Select private subnet definitions and other required fields.
      7. Click "Next" button and click "Back" button.
      8. See the behavior of "Select VPC" dropdown.
      9. Click "back" button and click "Next" button
      10. See the behavior of "Select VPC" dropdown.

      Actual results:

In both step 8 & step 10, the select VPC dropdown list automatically opened , expanded the list items and shown to the user. This is wrong behavior.

      Expected results:

In both step 8 & step 10, the select VPC dropdown list shouldn't open automatically and instead it (select VPC) should hold the selected VPC definition done by the user in previous step.
