Tests are not currently in the merge requests for private service connect work as the schedule is somewhat rushed.

This ticket ensures that tests are added that:

Acceptance Criteria

• Verify PSC option is visible for GCP cluster with the feature gate enabled (Day 1 Wizard)
• Verify PSC is selected by default for GCP clusters (Day 1 Wizard)
• Verify Install to cluster and PSC are selected and disabled for WIF Private GCP cluster (Day 1 Wizard)
• Verify PSC values show on the Networking tab under the VPC section (Day 2)
