Currently the ocm cli download button links to https://github.com/openshift-online/ocm-cli/releases/download/..

This must change to https://developers.redhat.com/content-gateway/rest/browse/pub/cgw/ocm/.. as we have started following the Konflux-based build and release process for the ocm cli.

At the moment we only have the linux binaries for x86 via Konflux. Links to download the linux binary for ARM, PPC and s390x will be removed for now. We'll reintroduce them when they'll be available.
