Description of the Problem

In ROSA Hosted installation screen , the installation time shown in recommended operator role banner and installation banner seems contradictory and confusing.

The ROSA hosted cluster installation will take around 10 minutes and we should need to update the installation time definition shown under recommended operator banner.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging.
2. Initiate the ROSA Hosted cluster installation 
3. See the banners and its definition while installation in ongoing.{}

The installation time shown in recommended operator role banner and installation banner seems contradictory.

Expected results:

Update the installation time shown in recommended operator role banner based on the installation banner.
