Steps to Reproduce

1) Launch the staging environment
2) Create any of the clusters such as OSD, ROSA, or OCP
3) Open the clusters in two browsers, i.e., Safari (Version 18.0) and Chrome 129.0.6668.71, using the same account

4) Log out of your account and log back in.

Expected Result
The recommended operator alert should be shown in Safari and Chrome as well.

Actual Result
The recommended operator alert is shown in Safari but not Chrome.
