Customer unable to self-service ownership transfer

      Hello,

      We (SREP) has encountered several cases in which the customers are unable to transfer ownership themselves. In all cases:

      • Clusters are ROSA clusters. So the customer can be admin of the cluster
      • Both old & new owner belong to the same organization
      • Cluster version is bigger than OCM

      Cases in question: OHSS-37443 & OHSS-37459.

      Customer for the first case has been able to transfer his ARO clusters but not its ROSA clusters.
