[OCMUI QE]Adjust rosa hosted validation test cases based on max node limit.

      Description of the issue

      As part of recent feature change the maximum node limit per ROSA HCP cluster has been changed from 51 to 250. This adjustment required to do it from ROSA hosted validation test cases.
