Opened previous archived /deleted ROSA Hosted cluster definition from cluster achieved list.

The Billing marketplace account definition shown but the value seems empty. This is wrong .

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Go to cluster archives list. 
3. Open a previously deleted ROSA hosted cluster.
4. See the definition under Overview tab.

Actual results:

The Billing marketplace account definition seems empty for archived ROSA hosted cluster from overview tab.

Expected results:

Billing marketplace account definition should be shown for archived ROSA hosted cluster from overview tab.
