[ClusterLogsDatePicker]: Replaces deprecated PF Select

      This is part of the refactor of OCM components that are still using deprecated Patternfly components.

      How to test:

      No changes expected for the end user. Check that the ClusterLogDatePicker Select field  still displays and behaves as expected.
