We have two places in the OSD wizard where we fetch GCP related resources:
- the VPC selection
- the custom KMS keys selection
The involved gcp inquiries endpoints are:
/api/clusters_mgmt/v1/gcp_inquiries/vpcs
/api/clusters_mgmt/v1/gcp_inquiries/key_rings
/api/clusters_mgmt/v1/gcp_inquiries/encryption_keys
Right now they are all set to work with service account authentication.
When the user selects WIF as auth method in the wizard, we should use the select WIF config to perform those API calls.
