Add authentication type property inside OSD GCP CCS cluster overview

      After adding WIF authentication type for OSD GCP CCS clusters, users now have two different ways to authenticate.

      We should display inside the cluster overview which authentication type was used when creating the cluster, service account or workload identity federation.
