After successful cluster creation

The Alert component should be re-used but the messages should be adjusted a little -> see screenshots and the design for details.

We also need to display the IDP warning on success. 

On the page refresh, the top progress stepper will be dismissed. 

On Day 1 (When IDP has not been created yet)

The alert style should be changed into the warning as below.

We can re-use the component created on OCMUI-2218 here while making the necessary adjustments using an appropriate flag
