Description of problem:

As a OCM org admin , I do have lot of clusters that needs to cleanup from cluster list. I went to cluster list from OCM UI and opened one of the cluster details to double confirm the cluster definition before delete action. Performed the delete action against the cluster. After delete action it is redirected to overview page. I have to go to cluster list again and find the next cluster to perform the delete action. This whole step needs to be repeated every time as it is redirected to overview page. In this scenario, expectation was to move back to the previous page i.e. cluster list right after the delete action. I don't think any reason to move user back to overview page after cluster delete action.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging 
2. Go to cluster list.
3. Open a cluster from the list.
4. Delete the cluster using  "delete" option from "Action" menu in right top of the page.
5. View the behavior.

Actual results:

 page has been redirected to overview page right after the delete action on a cluster. This looks wrong behavior and user has to move every time to cluster list to locate the clusters or cluster status

Expected results:

The page should be redirected to cluster list page right after the delete action on a cluster. This helps the user to check the status of uninstallation of cluster or any further action on next clusters as described in above scenarios
