Description

As a Quality Engineer, I want to create definitions for proxy input in the shell script so that we can create valid proxy inputs to use in our advanced test case flow.

Acceptance Criteria

• Include definition for the http and https proxy fields in the ocmqe script 
• Discover how to use the ssh .pem file that could even store in vault for proxy creation and ca-cert file could be copied from the container to root to solve any dependencies
