This bug exists in Production and it can be 100 % reproduced on Safari and Firefox browsers
Steps to Reproduce
1) Launch staging environment in Safari Version 17.6 (19618.3.11.11.5)
2) Click on the OSD cluster creation button.
3) Select the cloud provider type as AWS, Infrastructure type as RedHat cloud account, Subscription type as Annual
4) Once the user is on the cluster settings page, Select the checkbox "Create custom domain prefix".
5) Enter a unique name, validations will be successful, click on next button by selecting default values and proceed to the Review page.
6) In another tab, select a Ready cluster with the Domain prefix name.
7) From the leftside wizard navigation list, click on the Cluster settings > details button.
8) Enter this existing value on the Create custom domain prefix field. An error message "Globally unique domain prefix in your organization" will be shown to the user.
Expected Result
The user should see the error message under the Create custom domain prefix field.
Actual Result
The error message that was shown earlier is not visible now and the control validation icon does not show the error.
Besides this, when the user hits on cluster creation button the UI did not show any error message and the cluster creation is successful. Note : The cluster creation only happened once and the other times the system shows the error preventing the user from submitting the details.
