Rename "Short-lived credentials" to "Workload Identity Federation" and other tweaks

      Various changes following different reviews:

      • The new authentication type should be renamed from "Short-lived credentials" to "Workload Identity Federation"
      • Change the first heading to "1. Create a new Workload Identity Federation (WIF) configuration"
      • Capitalize "Service Account"
      • Remove docs link from the OCM cli prerequisite
      • Show the "Authentication type" choice in the wizard review step
