Description of problem:

In multiregion enabled cluster list, user has applied a filter by name in the cluster list. As a result of this action cluster list has broken with react error as below.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open OCM UI staging using https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/?multiregion=true 
2. Go to cluster list and  type  partial cluster name in filter by name or id field.
3. See the behavior.

Actual results:

The cluster list page broken with above mentioned error as soon as user searched a list by name or id.

Expected results:

Cluster list should be filtered the result based on the name or id
