      Description of problem:

For OSD, OCP, ROSA clusters, in the cluster history tab of cluster details page if the user types values for the "from date" field and/or  for the "to date" field which make error message appearing (like: "Invalid: YYYY-MM-DD"), and then he clicks on a entry of the dates range menu, although the dates fields will contain correct dates values, the error messages will keep to be shown.

      How reproducible:

      always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open OCM UI staging.
      2. Go to cluster details page of an OSD, ROSA or OCP cluster
      3. Go to cluster history tab
      4. Type some not correct value to "from date" or "to date filter" (for example append ing to the current value a dash "-")
      5. Observe the presence of message errors
      6. Click on the menu "dates ranges" and click one of the entries (for example "Last month"
      7. Observe the presence of message errors

      Actual results:

At step 7 although the "from date" and "to date" input fields contain the expected valid values, below them the error message appeared at step 5 are still visible.
