Steps to Reproduce

1) Launch the staging environment

2) Click on either of the links ARM(link ), Baremetal(https://console.dev.redhat.com/openshift/install/metal/installer-provisioned)

3) Under the "What you need to get started" section, click the link Download pre-release builds.

4) The user lands on the Experimental Developer Preview Builds page.

5) Scroll down and the user can see the "What you need to get started" section.

6) Under the Openshift installer section, there is a doc link latest installer documentation

7) Click on the link.

Expected Result

The doc should point to the latest installer documentation link.
Note : The doc links can be seen in steps 2 and step 7. 

Actual result

The doc points to the github link --> https://github.com/openshift/installer/tree/master/docs/user
